Originally from Guinea, a country at the heart of West Africa's mining industry, I grew up in an environment shaped by abundant natural resources. Very early on, one reality became clear: despite the economic strength of the mining sector, the lack of structured talent, formalised skills and HR strategy was holding back its full potential.
It is in this reality that my vocation took root. Today, SKMRH's mission is clear: reveal, structure and grow human capital with a level of rigour aligned with our clients' ambitions.

Labour law specialist trained between Paris and Dakar. Worked at Foncia and collaborates with the Labour Law Bureau of the French Court of Cassation. She secures HR practices: contracts, disputes, social dialogue and legal monitoring.

SKMRH's QHSE referent. He works on risk prevention, quality systems and safety culture, particularly in high-intensity operational environments: industry, mining and logistics.

In charge of payroll and HR information systems. He ensures reliable payslip processing, social declarations management and HRIS optimisation, securing and automating a sensitive process.
